J F eard�r I <br />AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made this 3 day of ,, 1972, <br />between the COUNTY OF ORANGE, hereinafter referredd t�COUNTY", and <br />THE CITY OF SANTA AI'VA, hereinafter referred to as "CITY". <br />1. COUNTY and CITY own adjoining properties which are shown on <br />Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />2. COUNTY plans to construct a Southwest Santa Ana Community Building <br />on its property to house the Welfare, Medical Center, and Probation <br />Departments. <br />3. CITY plans to develop its property as a neighborhood park <br />11. COUNTY and CITY have been cooperating in the over-all design plan <br />for both projects. <br />5. COUNTY and CITY have designed both the community building and the <br />park in order to have joint use of parking which provides the most <br />effective use of land for parking requirements. <br />6. The peak parking requirements for both the CITY'S park and the <br />COUNTY'S community building will be at different times, enabling the <br />most effective use of parking spaces. <br />7. COUNTY will begin construction prior to CITY, and will install <br />parking spaces on both the east and west sides of the proposed building <br />as shown on Exhibit A. <br />8. CITY will install parking spaces in the two areas in the CITY <br />property as shown on Exhibit A at the time of park development. <br />NOW, 'THEREFORE, in consideration of these premises, the parties hereto <br />agree as follows: <br />I <br />COUNTY shall: <br />A.
