In the extent COUNTY desires additional parking prior to <br />CITY'S development of park, allow COUNTY to install parking <br />facilities on CITY'S property in accordance with parking plan <br />in Exhibit A. <br />III <br />It is mutually understood and agreed that: <br />A. In the event COUNTY installs parking facilities onCCITY'Swill <br />property prior to CITY°S own development of property, <br />pay for the construction of the parking facilities on CITYtS <br />property. <br />B. COUNTY and CITY will be responsible for the repair and <br />maintenance of the parking lots located on their respective <br />properties. <br />C. COUNTY and CITY will hold each other harmless of any liability <br />arising out of the. use of their respective properties. <br />yne as D.
