Resolution - Franchise to Install <br />Wireless Communication <br />July 1, 1996 <br />Page 2 <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />As compensation for the franchise, Metricom shall pay to the City an amount <br />equal to three percent of gross revenues and an additional compensation of <br />$60 for the use of each city -owned pole. The total annual estimated revenue <br />is $3,Ooo. Metricom shall also reimburse the City for all reasonable <br />expenses relating to the preparation and administration of the franchise, <br />which is not to exceed $2,000 in aggregate. Revenue collected will be <br />deposited in Rental of Property (account no. 11-01-5804). <br />James G.
