RESOLUTION MO. 61-189 RE.SOLUTION OVERRULING PRorEb'rs OR O~IECTION~ TO REPORT OF STREE~ SUPERINTENDENT, APPROI~G REPORT AI~ ORDi~qlMO A COPY THEREOF FILED THE TAX COLLECT(Iq B~ !-r RE.sOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA aNAs IEtEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aaa did, on the 2rd day of April, 1961, pass Resolution No. 61.94, detezminiag and declaring that weeds which bear seeds of a wiagy or downy nature and which attain such a large growth as to become a fire menance when dry amd which are naxious and dangerous were !Irowin9 upon the streets, sidewalks, and private property in the City of Santa Ana, described in the itemized report submitted herewith; and IEiERE~, on the 1st day of May, 1961, the City Council further passed Resolution No. 61-111, ordering the Street Superintendent of said City to abate such public auisance~ and IIHEREA5, the said Street Superintendent has given notiCe as required by law, in which notice the 7th day of August, 1961, at the hot= of 7s30 oe6lock P,ll., was fixed as the time, and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the place where any and all persons interested in the said report might he heard~ and ~HEREA~, at the time set the Street Superintendent submitted the said reports and all of said protests or objections to said report ha~i~ been heardt amd IT I5 HEREBY RE~OLVI~ b~ the City Council of the City of Santa Aaa that all of said protests or objections to the said report of the work done, be, amd the same are hereby, overruled, and the report affLrmed~ a~d that the Street Superintendent he, and he is hereby, directed to file a copy of said report with the Tax Collector.
