Upon each submittal of contract documents at 50% <br />and' 100% completion, Consultant shall make <br />revisions as required and reproduce all contract <br />documents until plans are approved by appropriate <br />agencies, and approvals are obtained to acquire <br />building permits. <br />E. Consultant shall assist during the bidding period <br />by providing interpretation of the construction <br />documents and assistance in analyzing bids, as well <br />as prepare addenda as required. <br />F. All original construction documents or photo mylar <br />reproductions shall become the property of the <br />City. <br />Task V - Construction Services <br />A. Attend pre -construction meeting. <br />B. Limited field observation/supervision will be <br />required on an "as needed basis". A maximum of <br />four (4) site visits may be required as determined <br />by City staff. The phasing of the visits will be <br />determined by City staff based on the status of <br />construction. Additional site visits beyond the <br />maximum herein stated will be compensated at a rate <br />not to exceed the hourly billing rate of the civil <br />engineer/Project Manager in charge of the project. <br />C. Prepare plan revisions, bulletins, review change <br />orders, material submittals, and shop drawings. <br />D. Attend final inspection and prepare a punch list. <br />E. As built drawings shall be drafted by consultant on <br />the City's record drawing set. Payment and billing <br />shall be at a draftsman's hourly rate, and not to <br />exceed a defined total amount. <br />Task VI Reproduction of ContractDocuments <br />A. Consultant shall provide and pay for all printing <br />and reproduction for all drawings and <br />specifications until construction drawings and <br />specifications are approved by the City's Building <br />Safety Department and until construction documents <br />are ready for bidding. <br />B. Consultant shall submit final reproducible plans <br />and specifications to City. City will print bid <br />sets. <br />C.
