Upon each submittal of contract documents, <br />consultant shall make revisions as required and <br />reproduce all contract documents until plans are <br />approved by appropriate agencies, and approvals are <br />obtained to acquire building permits. City staff <br />shall make the initial submittal for UBC/Building <br />Department Plan Check. if the plan checker has <br />comments, the consultant or his subconsultants <br />shall make the plan revisions and make appointments <br />with the plan checker to obtain permit approvals. <br />N. Consultant shall assist during the bidding period <br />by providing interpretation of the construction <br />documents and assistance in analyzing bids, as well <br />as prepare addenda as required. <br />O. All original construction documents or photo mylar <br />reproductions shall become the property of the <br />City. <br />Task TV - Construction Documents <br />A. Construction documents shall be prepared on City <br />format mylar 24" x 36" sheets and the Consultant <br />shall submit four (4) sets of construction <br />documents at 50% completion for review by City <br />staff which shall include_ the following: <br />1. title sheet <br />2. domestic service plan <br />3. irrigation plan (including demolition and <br />layout notes) <br />B. Ten sets of signed contract documents shall be <br />submitted at 100% completion for City review and <br />plan checks, and shall include the following as <br />well as the above listed working drawings: <br />I. details <br />2. specifications <br />3. signed domestic hydraulic calculations <br />4. final detailed cost estimate including <br />quantities <br />5'. detailed bid items and quantities for bid <br />proposals <br />6. any other drawing or written document <br />necessary <br />C. Twelve (12) additional sets maximum of contract <br />documents shall be submitted upon request at <br />drawing completion for plan check to acquire <br />building permit approvals.
