Hall <br />Re: On -call Environmental, Technical, and Planning Services for the Comprehensive Zoning Code <br />Update <br />Pursuant to Section 1 ("Scope of Services") of Agreement No. A-2023-194-22 entered into by Moore <br />lacofano Goltsman, Inc. dba MIG, Inc. ("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, dated June 5, 2024, <br />Consultant hereby accepts this Letter Agreement for an assignment for on -call environmental and planning <br />services for the project listed above. Consultant shall complete the services per the proposal dated August <br />26, 2024 (attached as Exhibit A to this Letter Agreement) by November 30, 2025.
