Main St. Plumber, Board of Examiners, that remuneration of individual members of the Board of Examiners of ourneymen Plumbers be increased to $10.0 per meeting and that the present fee cha~ged applicants for examinatio~ as Journeyman Plumber be increased to $5.00, was denied. The Administrator reported that after a thorough investigation of the complaint of Mrs. Helen Krautkremer, eta1, reference the manner in which the trash men handle the barrels, he did not believe the trash men were misusing the containers and that the matter, had been reported to the contractor for their investigation. On motion of T~ustee Dahl, seconded by Jerome and carried, the report was accepted and communication ordered filed. ,, On recommendation of the committee and on motion of Trustee Jerome, seconded by Dahl and carried, the City Engineer was inst~cted to prepare a Resolution esta-blishing a loading zone at 107 Grand Avenue, as requested by Roy S. Horton. On recommendation of the commlttee and on motion of T~ustee Dahl, seconded by Hunter and carried, the request of Geo. "Tex" Tansy for a ten o~' twelve minute g~een parking zone in front cf his place of business at 222 Bpurgeon Street was denied. On recommendation of the committee and on motion of Trustee Dahl, seconded by Jerome and carried, the City Engineer was instructed to prepare a Resolution establishing two 2h-minute zones northerly from the intersection on the west side of Bristol Street, two 2S-minute zones westerly on the north side cf West Sth Street, one 2~-minute zone westerly on the south side of West ~th Street, and one 2$-mlnute zone southerly on the west side of Bristol steer, ~'eference the request of George Nunton, 1309~ West Fourth Street. The Administrator stated a further investigation was made reference the request of the First Presbyterian Church for a loading zone and it was his recommendation that a loading zone be established on the Sycamore Street side of the Church. The Administrator requested further time reference the acceptance Of beqdest in the sum of $5000.00 made to the City in the will of Walter L. Neill, deceased, for the purpose of erecting a drinking fountain in Birch Park with a suitable plaque, and on motion of Trustee Jerome, seconded by Dahl and carried,, the request was g~anted. The Clerk read repor~ of the appointed committee reference claim cf Nary Lieberknecht, ll0 East Delhi Road, in the sum of $58.52 for services rendered by James H. Russell & Son, when the City sewer line stopped up for a period of over a month. The Administrator stated that R.J.Ncble Company is the low bidder on contract for the widening and construction of South Main Street from
