On motion of T~ustee <br /> <br /> Dahl, seconded by Jerome and carried, the report was accepted and <br /> <br /> communication ordered filed. <br /> ,, <br /> On recommendation of the committee and on motion of Trustee Jerome, <br /> seconded by Dahl and carried, the City Engineer was inst~cted to <br /> prepare a Resolution esta-blishing a loading zone at 107 Grand Avenue, <br /> as requested by Roy S. Horton. <br /> <br /> On recommendation of the commlttee and on motion of T~ustee Dahl, <br /> seconded by Hunter and carried, the request of Geo. "Tex" Tansy for a <br /> ten o~' twelve minute g~een parking zone in front cf his place of <br /> business at 222 Bpurgeon Street was denied. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the committee and on motion of Trustee Dahl, <br />seconded by Jerome and carried, the City Engineer was instructed to <br />prepare a Resolution establishing two 2h-minute zones northerly from <br />the intersection on the west side of Bristol Street, two 2S-minute <br />zones westerly on the north side cf West Sth Street, one 2~-minute <br />zone westerly on the south side of West ~th Street, and one 2$-mlnute <br />zone southerly on the west side of Bristol steer, ~'eference the <br />request of George Nunton, 1309~ West Fourth Street. <br /> <br />The Administrator stated a further investigation was made reference the <br />request of the First Presbyterian Church for a loading zone and it was <br />his recommendation that a loading zone be established on the Sycamore <br />Street side of the Church. On motion of T~ustee Jerome, seconded by <br />Dahl and carried, the appointed committee was instructed to study the <br />possibility of the use of hoods or the mss of no-parking signs issued <br /> <br />by the Police Department. <br />. <br />The Administrator requested further time reference the acceptance Of <br />beqdest in the sum of $5000.00 made to the City in the will of Walter <br />L. Neill, deceased, for the purpose of erecting a drinking fountain in <br />Birch Park with a suitable plaque, and on motion of Trustee Jerome, <br />seconded by Dahl and carried,, the request was g~anted. <br /> <br />The Clerk read repor~ of the appointed committee reference claim cf <br />Nary Lieberknecht, ll0 East Delhi Road, in the sum of $58.52 for <br />services rendered by James H. Russell & Son, when the City sewer line <br />stopped up for a period of over a month. On ~otion of T~ustee <br />seconded by Jerome and carried, a copy of the committee r~port was <br />ordered forwarded to the Insurance Carrier. <br /> <br />The Administrator stated that R.J.Ncble Company is the low bidder on <br /> <br />contract for the widening and construction of South Main Street from <br /> <br /> <br />
