In Re Resol. No. 53-~? Adv. for bids Const. 33" R.C.Pipe ~torm Sewer on Pine St. from Shelton to Flower St. etc. On motion of Trustee Hunter, seconded by Dahl and carried, the follow- lng Resolution entitled: "Resolution authorizing and directing the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the construction of a 33" R.C.Pipe Storm Sewer on Pine Street, from Shelton Street to Flower Street; on Flower Street, from Pine Street to Walnut Street; on Walnut Street from Flower Street to Patton Street; and on Patton Street, from Walnut Street to Third Street, in the City of Santa Aha, and fixing the prevailing wage rate" was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 53-47 and passed by following vote: In Re Variance Jacob R.Freldhoff Ayes, Trustees William Jerome, 0rson H. Hunter, Milford W. Dahl, Courtney R. Chandler. Noes, Trustees None Absent, Trustees J.L.McBride . On motion of Trustee Hunter, seconded by Jerome and carried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission was approved and variance denied to Jacob R. and Florence R. On motion of Trustee Jerome, seconded by Dahl and carried, the communication from the Planning Commission recommending that the City annex a portion of territory located west of King Street and south of West l?th Street, was received and filed. # The Clerk read communication from the Planning Commission together amended recommendations reference the matter of zoning for industrial purposes the areas designated as Areas "A", "C" and "D", and that Area "B" be considered as a future residential area.
