Pima County, Tucson, AZ <br />Business Systems Analyst, Pima County Information Technology Department <br />October 2009 — January 2012 <br />As Team Leader and lead Business Analyst for Pima County's Maximo Maintenance Management System <br />team, coordinated with subject matter experts, implementation consultants and technical teams, defined <br />the required functionality to support the business strategies, prioritized implementation requirements and <br />performed system configuration of the Maximo application including Maximo Spatial and integration with <br />the Advantage Financial Management System. Programmed new compositions for automated processes, <br />and was lead programmer responsible for conversion of existing Development Review and Planning <br />processes to the integrated solution software, PERMITS Plus. Researched and developed custom reports <br />of various permit data, performed statistical analysis and managed all internal and public reporting <br />requests through the use of SQL query development. <br />Engineering Plans Technician, Pima County Department of Transportation December 1996 — April 1999 <br />Facilitated multiple work teams charged with evaluating system functionality and developing the <br />implementation plan for the PERMITS DOS automated system. Created end user testing documentation, <br />facilitated user acceptance testing and prepared end user manuals for the operational maintenance of the <br />system. Managed the monthly report for revenues and comparison of income to provide budget <br />projections.
