In addition, Blueviolet/Lanmor <br />Services will review all outstanding service tickets and all closed service <br />during the previous quarter. A follow up quarterly meeting document will be <br />provided to the City of Santa Ana within a week of quarterly review <br />summarizing all items reviewed in the quarterly meeting. <br /> <br />
