Database backups are strongly encouraged, and Blueviolet/Lanmor Services will <br />work with the City of Santa Ana’s IT department for best practices with backing up an AMAG system. <br />Backup should be maintained offsite of at all possible. <br /> <br />OWNER TO PROVIDE: <br />• The City of Santa Ana’s IT department is to provide VPN remote access to <br />Blueviolet/Lanmor Services. This will allow Blueviolet/Lanmor Services the ability <br />to remotely diagnose issues and be better prepared when arriving onsite. <br />
