RESOLUTION NO. 61-21~ AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 61-205 <br />ACCEPTING DEEDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council adopted "Resolution No. 61-205 <br />Accepting Deeds Where the City is Paying No Cash Consideration" on <br />August 21, 1961, which said Resolution designated Carl J. Thornton <br />to sign the Certificate cf Acceptance on the deeds therein accepted <br />for the purpose of recording the same; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Carl J. Thornton left the City of Santa Ana before <br />said deeds were processed for his signature of acceptance and will <br />be absent from said City so that there would be undue delay in the <br />recording of said deeds. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the designation of <br />Carl J. Thornton as the City's agent to place his certificate on <br />said deeds is hereby rescinded. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That H. H.
