will not be benefited by remaining in said Fire Protection District <br />and should not, therefore, be subject to taxes for support of said <br />District. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Santa Ana hereby declares, determines and provides all that <br /> <br />certain territory in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State <br /> <br />of California, described as: <br /> <br />PARCEL 1: Bounded Southerly by the center line of <br />Westminster Avenue; bounded Easterly by the Westerly line <br />and its Southerly prolongation of Anita Street; bounded <br />Westerly by the Westerly boundary of the City of Santa Ana; <br />bounded Northerly by the Santa Aha City Boundary. <br /> <br />PARCEL 2: A rectangular shaped parcel bounded Southerly by <br />the center line of Westminster Avenue; bounded Westerly by <br />the Easterly line and its Southerly prolongation of Rosita <br />Street; bounded Easterly by a line parallel with and 330 feet <br />Easterly, measured at right angles from the center line of <br />Newhope Street; bounded Northerly by the Santa Ana City <br />Boundary.
