0 CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> EXHIBIT I <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Contractor shall perform services as set forth below. <br /> I. PROJECT OVERVIEW <br /> 1.1 Background <br /> Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, cleaning materials, equipment, cleaning <br /> supplies, insurance and administrative services necessary to perform all janitorial <br /> services set forth in these specifications. The contractor will be responsible for any <br /> damage to or loss of personal and/or City property during the performance of these <br /> services. <br /> 1.2 Objectives <br /> The City intends to enter into a contract with a janitorial service provider offering the best <br /> value for scheduled day porter and evening cleaning services, including, but not limited to, <br /> the following City locations: <br /> 1.2.1 (Day Porter Services) Santa Ana City Hall, Ross Annex, Santa Ana Regional <br /> Transportation Center (SARTC), Santa Ana Main Library, Newhope Library, Delhi <br /> Library, the Corporate Yard, and <br /> 1.2.2 Evening cleaning services at various City locations identified in Exhibit I — J. <br /> 1.3 Mininum Qualifications <br /> Contractor must meet the following minimum qualifications in order to be considered for <br /> evaluation: <br /> 1.3.1 Five years' experience providing the services specified herein <br /> 1.3.2 Registered with the CA DIR in accordance with the Property Service Workers <br /> Protection Act, CA Labor Code 1420-1434 <br /> II. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> 2.1 General <br /> 2.1.1 Contractor must furnish the personnel, supplies, and equipment necessary to <br /> provide services as described herein. Contractor must be able to communicate <br /> by email and phone and reachable by phone twenty-four hours per day, seven <br /> days per week for the purpose of contracting and dispatching service personnel. <br /> A response time of two (2) hours is required. The Contractor shall supply the <br /> Contract Administrator with name(s) and phone number(s) of responsible <br /> person(s) representing the Contractor for 24-hour emergency response. The <br /> above-mentioned information shall remain current at all times. Any changes shall <br /> be forwarded to the City in writing by the end of that business day. Failure to <br /> maintain current emergency information may result in a $200 penalty for each <br /> occurrence. <br /> City of Santa Ana RFP 24-076 Page 19 of 73 <br />
