RESOLUTION NUMBER 61-2~ CONCERNING PARKING <br />LIMITATIONS, CURB MARKINGS A~) PEDESTRIAN REGULATIONS <br />IN ACCORDANCE TH~R£WITH <br /> <br /> ~ IT RESOLVEDI That pursuant to the provisions of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code, Section 3201, the City declares that the portion <br />Resolution No. 60-182 adopted on the 19th day of September 1960 ordering <br />a NO PARKING ZONE established as follows~ <br /> <br /> The South side of McFadden Avenue <br /> between Main Street and Broadway <br /> <br /> The West 68 feet of the East 313 feet <br /> <br />is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby <br />directed to cause the paint to be removed. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEDI That pursuant to the provisions of the <br /> <br />Santa Ann Municipal Code~ Section 3201t the City declares tha~ Resolution <br />No. 57-124 adopted on the 6th day of May 1957 ordering a FREIGH~ ASD PASSENC~R <br />LOADING ZO~ established as followsl <br /> <br /> Fai~view Avenue (McFadden) on the <br /> South side of FaixviewAvenue, between <br /> Main Street and Broadway <br /> <br /> The West 72 feet of the East 173 feet <br /> <br />is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby <br />directed to cause the paint to be removed. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED~ That pursuant to the provisions of the <br />California Vehicle Code~ Section 21458 and the Santa Aha Municipal Code~ <br />Sections 3201 and 3218, FREIGRT LOADING ZONES are hereby established as followss <br /> <br /> On the South side of McFadden Avenue <br /> between South Main Street and Broadway <br /> <br /> The West 60 feet of the East 226 feet <br /> <br />and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to paint the curb Y~LLOW <br />and install signs to effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
