B~ IT FURTHHR RESOLVHDs That pursuant to the provisions of the California <br /> Vehicle Code, Sections 21458 and 22507, and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Sections <br /> 3201 and 3213, NO PARKING ZONHS are hereby established as follows~ <br /> <br /> On the West side of South Main Street <br /> between McFadden Avenue and Russell <br /> Avenue <br /> <br /> The North 20 feet <br /> <br /> On the South side of McFadden between <br /> Main Street and Broadway <br /> <br /> The East 166 feet <br /> The West 92 feet of the East 318 feet <br /> <br />and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to paint the curb R~D to <br />effectuate the regulation as hereinahove described; and <br /> <br /> WHHREAS, the North crosswalk on Main Street at the West leg of McFadden <br />Avenue is not needed to serve pedestrian traffic; and <br /> <br /> WH~RF~, adequate provision is being made for pedestrian traffic at <br /> <br />the South crosswalk Of the West leg of McFadden for crossing Main Street. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, B~ IT RESOLV~D~ That pursuant to the California Vehicle <br />Code Sections 21106 and 21361 the North crosswalk on Main Street at the West leg <br />of McFadden is hereby eliminated and the Director of Public Works is directed <br />to erect proper signs to effectuate the above regulation. <br /> <br /> PASSED A~D ADOPTED hy the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its <br /> <br />regular meeting held on the 16th day of October , 1961. <br />ATTESTs <br /> <br /> Marion $u%tner <br />CL~RK SF THt~ (X)UN~IL <br /> <br /> ASSISTANT CI~ OF THE CO%r~CIL <br /> <br /> <br />
