The purpose of this meeting is to discuss current project steps, next steps and any <br /> project concerns as well as documenting achievements as the project moves forward. <br /> • Monthly Project Status Reports. <br /> This report document identifies all steps within the overall project plan,identification of the current <br /> status of each step,current risks and issues,resolved risks and issues, and current time lines. This <br /> document is made available to the Core Team, Project Stakeholders and any others as defined by <br /> Santa Ana staff. <br /> • Issue Escalation Guideline. <br /> Invariably, in any implementation of this type, issues will arise. The IKC Project Manager will <br /> keep track of issues as they arise, within the Monthly Status Report and will ensure each item is <br /> assigned to a team member who will be responsible for leading the efforts to resolve the issue. <br /> These issues will include items that fall within the Scope of the project as well as issues that fall <br /> outside of the current Scope <br /> If at any time the issues identified go beyond the team members and IKC Project Manager/Agency Project <br /> Manager's ability to be resolved,the following issue Escalation Guideline is proposed. <br /> Agency Project Team Members and IKC Configuration Support Specialists are at the same level of the <br /> escalation scale and will attempt to address any issues they identify within this level. If an issue is not able <br /> to be resolved at this level, it should be referred to the next level of Agency Core Team Member and IKC <br /> Senior Implementation Specialist. <br /> Agency Core Team Members and IKC Senior Implementation Specialists are at the same level of the <br /> escalation scale and will attempt to address any issues they identify within this level. If an issue is not able <br /> to be resolved at this level, it should be referred to the next level of Agency Project Manager and IKC <br /> Project Manager. <br /> The Agency Project Manager and IKC's Project Manager are at the same level of the escalation scale and <br /> will attempt to address any issues they identify within this level. If an issue is not able to be resolved at <br /> this level, it should be referred to the next level of Agency Project Sponsor and the IKC Leadership Team. <br /> The Agency Project Sponsor and the IKC Leadership Team are the final level of escalation.
