• Onsite Go Live Support—2 IKC staff will be onsite to assist staff for the full first week of Go <br /> Live. <br /> • Offsite Post Go Live Support—Focused ongoing support will continue for 30 days after Go Live <br /> before transitioning the maintenance of the implementation to Accela's Customer Resources Center <br /> (CRC). <br /> Sample Design Document included—See Exhibit 2 <br /> Sample Test Scripts included—See Exhibit 3 <br /> e) Roles and Responsibilities of City Staff <br /> Agency Project Sponsor <br /> The Project Sponsors act as the final escalation point for issue resolution. Responsibilities include: <br /> • Represent the interests of the project within the Agency <br /> • Represent the Jurisdiction's interests both strategic and financial within the context of the project <br /> • Stays informed of major project activities <br /> • Assists with major issues,problems,policy conflicts and removes obstacles <br /> • Ensure the project manager receives resources where needed in a timely manner <br /> Agency Project Manager <br /> The Agencies Project Manager will work closely with the IICC Project Manager to manage,track,facilitate <br /> and plan for all project activities. The Project Manager works with the Project Sponsors, Subject Matter <br /> Experts and other stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of a quality product. Responsibilities include: <br /> • Overall administration, coordination, communication, and decision-making associated with the <br /> implementation <br /> • Planning,scheduling,coordinating and tracking the implementation <br /> • Coordination of all projects <br /> • Ensure that the project team stays focused <br /> • Ensure tasks are completed on schedule and that the project stays on track <br /> Project Team Leads <br /> Team leads will work with the project team and facilitate project activities for the Agency and communicate <br /> with each affected department to represent department needs and business processes during <br /> implementation. Responsibilities include: <br /> • Attend requirements gathering workshops <br /> • Coordinate with SMEs to gather data and make decisions about business processes <br /> • Coordinate with SMEs to assist in the creation of specifications for reports, interfaces and <br /> conversions <br /> • Review and test the system configuration <br /> • Learn the system and assist in configuration <br /> Subject Matter Experts(SMEs) <br /> User representative from each affected department to represent department needs and business processes <br /> during implementation. Responsibilities include: <br /> • Attend requirements gathering workshops <br /> • Able to gather data and make decisions about business processes <br /> • Assist in the creation of specifications for reports, interfaces and conversions <br /> • Review and test the system configuration <br /> • Participate in knowledge transfer opportunities in order to understand the system <br /> Page 119 <br />
