<br />Communication was read from the Planning Commission reoommendiD~
<br />approval of Tentative Map of Tract No. 1457, submitted by D. D.
<br />Hillyard for P~mdential Homes, Inc., consisting of forty-nine lots
<br />bounded on the north by Willits Street and on the east by Bristol
<br />
<br /> Street. On motion of T~ustee McBride, seconded by Lateen and
<br />carried, Tentative Map.of Tract No. 1457 was approved, subject to
<br />subdivider providing right-of-way for drainage and constructing
<br />drainage facilities as required by the City Engineer.
<br />Communication was read from the Planning 0ommission recommending
<br />approval of Tentative Map of Tract No. 1716, submitted by Harry Evans
<br />Terrell for Louis Schulman, consisting of twenty-four lots bounded on
<br />the north by the City Limits line and on the west by Santiago Avenue,
<br />subject to the conditions that the street name be changed f~om
<br />"Virginia Place~ and that the curbs and sidewalks meet the require-
<br />ments of the City Engineering Department. On motion of Trustee Dab1
<br />seconded by Lateen and carried, Tentative Map of Tract No. 1716 was
<br />approved,subject to the conditions as imposed by the Plannlng
<br />
<br />Commission.

<br />Tract No. 1705 covering the dedication of River Lane for public use
<br />for highway purposes, was approved and officials authorized to sign
<br />same, subject to the approval by the City Attorney of bond signed by
