Job Search Skills Strategies — Students will learn key strategies to developing a targeted job search <br />approach including maximizing the online Application Tracking System, building a professional network, <br />conducting informational interviews and managing rejection fatigue. <br />Interview Skill Building —Students will learn preparation strategies and develop success stories to <br />commonly asked interview questions. They will have the opportunity to both observe and participate in <br />a mock interview while receiving direct feedback from their peers. <br />Workshop Fee: $600 each <br />2. Professional Wardrobe Services @ Working Wardrobes Wardrobe Center in Santa Ana. <br />Personal Stylists assist each client in selecting appropriate career attire including professional clothing, <br />shoes, and accessories. We offer excellent quality menswear and womenswear, clothing and accessories. <br />Job seekers select a new "success suit" with the assistance of a trained 'Personal Stylist' in an inviting, <br />department store -like setting. This comprehensive shopping experience is designed to provide an <br />environment of dignity and respect for all clients. It is our goal that our clients look and feel successful, <br />so they have the confidence necessary to succeed in their interviews and in their careers. The Community <br />Partner will determine eligibility for wardrobing services, wardrobing type and package based on client <br />needs. <br />Wardrobe Scheduling: Wardrobe appointments can be scheduled in small groups of no more than 12 per <br />session or individually based on the client's availability. Clients are asked to fill out a Wardrobe Intake <br />Form in advance so the Wardrobing team can source appropriate sizing. <br />Group sessions: 1'/:-2hrs. Max 12 per Session. Scheduled Monday- Friday 9am-4pm based on availability. <br />Individual Sessions: 1-1'/: hrs. Scheduled Monday- Friday 9am-4pm based on availability. <br />Proposal — September 2024 Page 2 <br />
