Harwood for permission to retain the planter box <br /> attached to his building at 1815-19 South Main Street, which extends <br /> <br /> over the set-back line established on said street, was denied. <br /> # <br /> On motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Dahl and carried, the <br /> Mayor was authorized to execute letter of agreement g2anting permissio <br /> to the State Division of Highways to enter upon and use the lands, for <br /> Freeway purposes, at the northeasterly portion of Prentice Park, <br /> subject to further determination of the price in regard to the prop- <br /> erty that will be turned over to them in fee title. <br /> <br /> On motion of Councilman McBride, seconded by Jerome and carried, the <br /> City Manager and Engineer were instructed to report on the advisa- <br /> bility of revising City street specifications for subdivisions. <br /> <br /> The fiity Manager recommended that a moving permit be granted to J.R. <br /> Coffin to move the two-story apartment building at 601-03~ North Ross <br /> Street to 620 North Ross Street. On motion of Councilman McBride, <br /> seconded by Larsen and carried, the recommendation was approved and <br /> moving permit granted. <br /> <br />The City Manager stated that the City had been requested by the Third <br />National Jamboree, Boy Scouts of America to make available to them th~ <br />loan of five load-packer garbage trucks and recommended that the City <br />participate in this program and enter into an agreement for the use <br />of the trucks. On motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by Jerome and <br />carried, the recommendation of the City Manager was approved and <br />authorization given to enter into an agreement with the Third Nationa3 <br />Jamboree, Boy Scouts of America for the use of the five load-packer <br />garbage trucks for a period of approximately two weeks and determine <br />that the City is adequately protected by the proper insurance <br />ooverage. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Dahl, seeonded by McBride and carried, the <br />matter of establishing a set-back line on Broadway was referred to <br /> <br />the City Manager and Engineer for study and report at a later date. <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Larsen, seconded by Dahl and carried, the <br /> <br />City Council adjourned. <br /> <br />Clerk of the Council <br /> <br /> <br />
