Such steps may require providing language assistance services, such as interpretation or <br />translation services. The Department of Justice guidance on compliance with this requirement may be found at <br />"Guidance to Federal Financial Assistance Recipients Regarding Title VI Prohibition Against National Origin <br />Discrimination Affecting Limited English Proficient Persons" (67 Fed.
