A. Amount and Expenditure End Date <br />The CITY agrees to reimburse the SUBRECIPIENT a maximum amount not to exceed <br />$117,462 from Emergency Solutions Grant (ESQ) funds, as outlined in Exhibit B-1, FinalBudget, and such funds shall be expended by the SUBRECPIENT on 01· before June 30,2025. SUBRECIPIENT has the ability to adjust line item amounts in the Budget with thewritten approval of the CITY'S Executive Director of the Community DevelopmentAgency, so long as the total Budget amount does not increase. <br />4.Except as modified by this First Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement, shallremain in full force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to the <br />Agreement on the date and year first written above.
