RESOLUTION NO 6o-112 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING COhDE~NATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF WIDENING FIFTH STREET A~D <br />DECLARING THE NECESSITY THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, FIFTH STREET as it now exists, East of the Santa Aha River, is <br />inadequate in width %o accomodate the flow of traffic presently using said <br />street; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the City Council of the City of Santa Aha <br />does hereby find and determine that public interest and' necessity require that <br />Fifth Street be widened and improved on the North and South sides, and further <br />require that said City do have, take and acquire easements for street purposes <br />over, through and across certain lands in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, <br />State of California, described as: <br /> <br />PARCEL <br /> <br />The Southerly 12.00 feet of Lot 1, Tract Number 1091, as shown on a map <br />thereof recorded in Book 39, page 4, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said <br />Orange County. <br /> <br />PARCEL lA. <br /> <br />An irregular shaped parcel of land bounded westerly by the westerly line <br />of the Rancho Santiago De Santa Aha, Julian Chares Allotment, City of <br />Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California; bounded Southerly by <br />the center line of Fifth Street; bounded Easterly by the West line and <br />its Southerly prolongation of said Lot 1, of Tract Number 1091; bounded <br />Northerly by a line parallel with and 42.00 feet Northerly, measured at <br />right angles from the following described line: <br /> <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 10, Township 5 South, <br />Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, and running thence North <br />00° 06' 45" West 1243.69 feet along the center line of Sullivan Street to <br />the center line of Fifth Street and to the true point of beginning; thence <br />South 89° 28' 45" West along the center line of Fifth Street 332.45 feet to <br />the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northerly having a radius of 1200.00 <br />feet; thence Northwesterly along the arc of said curve through a central <br />angle of 11e 38' 20" an arc distance of 243.76 feet to a tangent line; thence <br />North 78° 52' 55" West 85.00 feet, more or less, to maid west line of The <br />Rancho Santiago De Santa Aha. Excepting that portion previously granted for <br />Street purposes. <br /> <br />pARCEL lB. <br /> <br />A strip of land bounded Northwesterly by said West line of The Rancho Santiago <br />De Santa Aha; bounded Southerly by the center line of Fifth Street; bounded <br />Northerly by a line parallel with and 491.34 feet Northerly, measured along <br />the West line and its Southerly prolongation of said Lot 1 of Tract Number <br />1091, from the center line of Fifth Street; bounded Southeasterly by a line <br />parallel with and 32.00 feet Southeasterly, measured at right angles, from <br />said West line of the Rancho Santiago De Santa Aha. Excepting that portion <br />previously granted for Street purposes. <br /> <br />PARCEL lC. <br /> <br />A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded Southerly by the Northerly line of <br />Parcel lA, bounded Northwesterly by the Southeasterly line of Parcel lB, <br />bounded Northeasterly by the arc of a curve concave Northeasterly, having a <br />radius of 25.00 feet and tangent to said Southerly and Northwesterly <br />boundaries. <br /> <br /> <br />
