Beginning at the point of intersection of the center line of Fifth Street and the center line of Sullivan Street; thence South along the center line of Sullivan Street 42.00 feet; thence East along a straight line, parallel with said center line of Fifth Street 544.14 feet; thence North 42.00 feet to a point in said center line of Fifth Street; thence West 544.14 feet, more or less to the point of beginning.
