McCarty, 821 North Lowell Street, suggest <br /> lng the installation of fou~-way stop signs at the intersection of <br /> <br /> North Flower Street and Santa Aha Boulevard, was received and filed. <br /> # <br /> <br /> Oommunioation w~B read from the City Engineer advising that improve- <br /> ments within Tract No. 1534 have been completed, and on motion of <br /> Councilman Jerome, seconded by McBride and carried, bond filed by <br /> W.E.Lindsay, etal, in the sum of $16,000.00, was ordered released and <br /> improvements within Tract No. 1534 accepted as completed in accordance <br /> <br /> with plans and specifications. <br /> # <br /> <br />~On motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Larsen and carried, the <br />request of R.M.Grimes, 1241 South Main Street, that at least two <br />minute zones be established at 1245 and 1247 South Main Street, and <br />twenty-minute zones in f~ont of 107, 109 and lll Oxford Street; also, <br />on the north side of Oxford Street at the boulevard stop sign either <br />a twenty-minute or one-hour zone, was'referred to the committee on <br />curb usage for report. <br /> <br /> On motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Larsen and carried, the <br /> request of Attorney Robert S. Barnes on behalf of Mrs. S.H.B~adley, <br /> 309 East Walnut Street, who operates a nursery school for small <br /> children, that a loading zone or a fifteen-minute parking limit be <br /> <br /> established, was referred to the committee on curb usage for report. <br /> # <br /> Communication was read from Mrs. J.E.Johnston, 854 McFadden Street, <br /> requesting that a twenty-five mile zone be established on McFadden <br /> Street from Halladay Street to StanS--d and that twenty-five mile per <br /> hour signs be installed in the area. On motion of Councilman Jerome, <br /> seconded by Lateen and carried, the request was referred to the Chief <br /> of Police for investigation, submit a copy of the complaint to the <br /> Jaguar Auto Dealer requesting that they discontinue using McFadden <br /> <br /> and to report his findings to the <br /> <br /> seconded by Lateen and carried, the <br />application of Stanton House Movers to move an apartment building, <br />~hirty feet in height, from 609 North Ross Street to 720 West Fifth <br /> <br /> <br />
