Fringe Benefit Ineligibility: Grantee agrees that neither the Grantee nor its employees and contract personnel are eligible to participate in any employee pension, health benefit,vacation pay, sick pay or other fringe benefit plan of the State of California or the State Library. 17. Independent Action: Grantee reserves the right to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement in an independent manner,at any location and at any time within the agreed-upon timeline.
