■ County of Orange, Human Resources Consolidation, Orange, CA: As Project Manager, Shelley worked with the <br />Agency to consolidate various divisions from separate buildings onto two floors of a single building. Scope of <br />work consists of space planning, interior design, FF&E with cost estimates, design of custom built-in work areas, <br />and construction administration. <br />County of Orange, New Healthcare Agency Facility, 17th Street, Santa Ana, CA: Project Architect. IDS Group <br />developed an overall master plan, which included the new Clinic building, the existing Bio Safety, Lab, the <br />Peripheral buildings, and surface parking areas. IDS developed block diagrams of the new buildings to reflect <br />the programming needs and efficient site utilization, and construction requirements. One of the most critical <br />requirements for this project was to maintain operation of both the Clinic building and the Bio Lab during new <br />construction. <br />■ County of Orange Yale Navigation Center, Santa Ana, CA: As Project Architect, Shelley is leading IDS' team <br />providing architectural and interior design and coordination with furniture vendors for the Furniture, Fixtures <br />and Equipment package. Part of the deliverables for this job includes the writing of a Basis of Design document <br />for FF&E as well as a cost estimate. <br />County of Orange Capital Improvement Division, El Toro Library Modernization, El Toro, CA: As Project <br />Manager/Architect, Shelley directed the IDS team through the architectural and planning and interiors of the <br />renovations and upgrades for the project.
