Provide support services during bid/award phase to answer contractor questions <br />BID/AWARD and plan clarifications and prepare addenda for revisions, if necessary. Assist City <br />AND staff in bid analysis and preparation of award documents. <br />CONSTRUCTION Provide engineering support services during construction to attend pre - <br />construction meeting, respond to Uls, review submittals, observe construction, <br />SUPPORT make potential plan revisions to address unforeseen conditions, and prepare <br />SERVICES record drawings. <br />Deliverables: Addenda, if required, RR responses, submittal review, record drawings. <br />A sample project schedule is provided on Page 18. <br />SCHEDULE <br />Psomas maintains excellent working relationships that have proven our track <br />record for providing high quality work products in a timely and cost-effective <br />manner. A hypothetical schedule may be found on page 18 and details the <br />typical work phases to be completed, the tasks to be accomplished, the <br />deliverables to be provided, and the schedule/timeline to complete a project, <br />based upon the requested Scope of Work detailed in Attachment 1 of the RFP. <br />Per the City's request, our fee proposal will be submitted separately and <br />concurrent with the technical proposal, both submitted electronically in <br />PlanetBids and as a hard copy in a separately sealed envelope, clearly labeled <br />as "Fee Proposal." This will include Psomas' Standard Hourly Fee Schedule. <br />
