<br />request of the Union Oil Company to install two 30 foot approaches
<br />with 4 foot "X" distances on 17th Street and two 30 foot approaches
<br />with 4 foot "X" distances on Santiago SSreet, for the proposed service
<br />station located at the northwest corner of Seventeenth Street an~
<br />
<br />Santiago Avenue, was referred to the committee on curb usage for
<br />
<br />~eport at the next meeting.
<br />On motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by Larsen and carried, Map of
<br />
<br />Tract No. 1953 and agreement submitted by J.R. Sandstrom etal, for the
<br />dedication of Camile Street, consisting of twenty-six lots bounded on
<br />the east by Halladay Street, on the west by Oak Street and lying
<br />between Myrtle and Bishop Streets, and bond in the sum of $12,600.O0,
<br />
<br />were approved and officials authorized to sign map and agreement. ·

<br />The CoUncil having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance,

<br />on motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by Larsen and carried, the
<br />
<br />following Ordinance entitled:

<br />"Ordinance approving the annexation of that
<br />certain territory designated 'Schulman Annexation'"
<br />
<br />was considered, designated Ordinance No. NS-18 and passed by the
<br />
