have had a successful voluntary review and inspection of our safety plan and implementation by Cal -OSHA staff. We also have regular satisfactory reviews of our safety procedures from our insurance underwriters. On -Call Project History: MBC's has extensive experience responding to emergency repairs for various public agencies. MBC has encountered many challenges in all forms and manners of damages sustained by storm drain, sewer and waterlines and we have had considerable success and experience in quickly, safely and efficiently repairing broken pipes and damaged structures with our extensive history of work experience in underground utility construction. The majority of the emergencies that we have performed have resulted in positive benefits to the governing agency, the publics' convenience and safety and more efficient system performance. All repairs, modifications and redesigns were completed in-house by MBC staff. Listed below is a partial list of agencies that we have provided on -call services. We work closely with agencies to solve problems, not create them. From this cooperative effort many agencies request us to perform emergency work when the need arises. On those occasions when we are called out to repair the infrastructure we provide our expertise for repair and reconstruction in the most efficient and equitable manner.
