RESOLUTION NO. 60-191 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, LeROY G. ROWRAY, as the duly appointed, qualified <br /> <br />and acting Executor of the Last Will and Testament of MARGARET J. <br />OEHRLEIN, deceased, has presented to the City a deed dated <br />September 19, 1960, granting to the City a parcel of real property <br />located in the Santa Ana Civic Center area and described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot Eleven (11) of "Visel's Addition", as per map <br /> thereof recorded in Book 3, at page 17, of Miscel- <br /> laneous Maps, records of said Orange <br /> <br />in consideration of the payment of $13,800.00. Said transaction is <br />to be handled through Escrow No. 45246-F with the Security Title <br />Insurance Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa Ana, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, LYLE C. BLYSTONE and OLIVE G. BLYSTONE have presented <br /> <br />to the City a deed dated August 29, 1960, conveying an easement for <br />street purposes on the Northeast corner of First Street and Fairview <br />Avenue in consideration of the payment of $4,803.20. Said transaction <br />is to be handled through Escrow No. 44741-C with the Security Title <br />Insurance Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa Ana, California; and <br /> <br />dated September 22, 1960, conveying an easement for street purposes <br />on the South side of Central Avenue, East of Evergreen Street, without <br />the payment of cash consideration for the prope~y, but with the <br />consideration of the payment of the sum of $52.66 representing the <br />total payments of principal and interest made by said Esther Trujillo <br />upon a Special Assessment Bond for the cost of improvements immedi- <br />ately adjacent to the property being conveyed and acquired, and with <br />the City assuming the obligations represented by the unpaid portion <br />of the Special Assessment Bond for the improvements immediately <br />adjacent to said property being acquired in the amount of $225.20; <br />also City is to pay said Esther Trujillo the sum of $186.85, said <br />amount representing the fair market value of a fence, shrubs, and <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
