GOMEZ and DELORES RODRIGUEZ GOMEZ have / <br /> presented to the City a deed dated September 22, 1960, granting to <br /> the City an easement for street purposes over the North side of <br /> Central Avenue, East of Evergreen Street, without the payment of cash <br /> consideration for the property, but with the consideration of the <br /> payment of the sum of $53.1~ representing the total payments of <br /> principal and interest made by said Rafael P. Gomez and Delores <br /> Rodriguez Gomez upon a Special Assessment Bond for the cost of improve- <br /> ments immediately adjacent to the property being conveyed; also City <br /> agrees to assume the obligations represented by the unpaid portions <br /> of the Special Assessment Bond for the improvements immediately <br /> <br />,adjacent to the property being acquired in the amount of $227.30. <br /> <br /> The City also agrees to pay the grantors the sum of $85.00~ said <br /> amount representing the fair market value of any and all improvements <br /> that the seller has heretofore placed upon the property being conveyed. <br /> Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 45311-C with the <br /> Security Title Insurance Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa Ana, <br /> California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
