RESOLUTION NO. 60-195 AMENDING STREETS AND <br />HIGHWAYS ELEMENT OF THE MASTER PLAN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore by Resolution No. 58-261, the City <br />adopted the Streets and Highways Element of its Master Plan, and <br />now, after study and hearings, the Planning Commission recommends <br />amendment of the same; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing, on notice, <br />on the 19th day of September, 1960, and concluded that the recommended <br />amendment should be adopted to conform to the City and County Highways <br />Program and as a necessary element of this City's Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Streets and Highways <br /> <br />Element of the Master Plan, adopted by Resolution No. 58-261, is here- <br /> <br />by amended in the two following respects: <br /> <br />Bristol Street, between Memory Lane and Delhi Road, <br />is redesignated from a four-lane secondary classifi- <br />cation to a four-lane divided primary street, without <br />change in existing future right of way lines. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Grand Avenue, between Santiago Creek and Delhi Road, <br />is redesignated from a four-lane primary street to <br />a six-lane primary street. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of October, 1960. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, ~.~RION SUTTNER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on the <br />3rd day of October, 1960, and was at said meeting regularly passed and <br />adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCII/4EN: <br />NOES, COUNCILMEN: <br /> <br />R~yal E.
