Lateen, Milford W. Dahl, Courtney R. Chandler. None None The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman McBride, seconded by Lateen and carried, the following Resolution entitled: 'Resolution No. 53-177 concerning parking limitations and oumb markings in accordance therewith# establishing a red zone on the northeast side of Bush Street east Noes, Absent, from Main Street, was considered and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen William Jerome, J.L.McBride, Thomas F. Lateen, Milford W. Dahl, CourtneyR. Chandler. Councilmen None 0ouncilmen None The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Dahl and carried, the following Resolution entitled: 'Resolution No. 53-178 of Intention to approve amendment to contract providing for participation in State Employees~ Retirement System" was considered and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Noes, Councilmen Absent, Councilmen William Jerome, J.L.McBride, Thomas F. Lateen, Milford W. Cotu-tney R. Chandler. None None Dahl, The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman McBride, seconded by Jerome and carried, the following Resolution entitled: 'Resolution No. 53-179 declaring intention to establish set-back lines on East First Street from the Santa Fe Tracks to the easterly city limits" was considered and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Noes, Councilmen Absent, Councilmen . On recommendation of the William Jerome, J.L.McBride, Thomas F. Larsen, Milford W. Courtney R. Chandler. None None Dahl, Manager and on motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by Lateen, all bids submitted for the construction of concre~ piers and ramps for foot bridge at Baker Street and Santiago Avenue, were rejected. The Oouncil having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman McBride, seconded by Dahl and carried, the following Resolution entitled: 'Resolution No. 53-180 determining and declaring that the work for construction of a foot bridge over Santiago Creek at Baker Street may be performed better or more economically by the City with its own employees'
