<br />records of said Orange County. Excepting therefrom that
<br />portion previously dedicated for streets.

<br />shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 51, Page 7, et seq.,

<br />Beginning at a point on the South line of said Section 9,
<br />430.88 feet West of the South quarter corner thereof, running
<br />thence North 675.57 feet more or less, to the North line of
<br />the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the South-
<br />west quarter of said Section 9; thence West along said North
<br />line 100.71 feet more or less to the Northeast corner of the
<br />West two acres of the W~st one-half of the Southeast quarter
<br />of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of said
<br />SEction 9; thence South along the East line of the West two
<br />acres, 675.44 feet more or less, to the South line of said
<br />Section 9 and then East along said South line 100.62 feet
<br />more or less, to the point of beginning. Excepting there-
<br />from that portion previously dedicated for streets.

<br />therefrom the West 198 feet. Also excepting that portion
