<br />running thence Westerly along said South line 198 feet; thence

<br />the point of beginning, being the West 198 feet of the East
<br />half of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of the
<br />Southwest quarter of said Section 9. Excepting therefrom

<br />thence Easterly parallel to the Southerly line of said five-
<br />acre tract, a distance of 100 feet to a point; thence Southerly
<br />and parallel with a Westerly line of said five-acre tract, a dis-
