L-964 All Hazards Situation Unit <br />1. Course Overview: This course equips participants with the core competencies <br />essential for performing the duties of the Situation Unit Leader (SITL) in an all- <br />hazards incident. It covers all responsibilities expected of an SITL within a local or <br />state-level All-Hazards Incident Management Team (AHIMT), including processing <br />information and intelligence and developing displays. The course is instructor-led, <br />promoting learning through discussion, lectures, and active participation in multiple <br />exercises. By requiring participants to bring an SITL Kit to the training, it offers a <br />realistic, hands-on approach to mastering the skills of an SITL. <br /> <br />iv. L-965 All Hazards Resource Unit Leader <br />1. Course Overview: The objective of this professional development course is to offer <br />federal, state, and local-level emergency responders a comprehensive overview <br />of the key duties and responsibilities of a Safety Officer within a Type III All- <br />Hazards Incident Management Team (AHIMT). <br /> <br />v. L-970: All Hazards Supply Unit Leader <br />1. Course Overview: The objective of this professional development course is to offer <br />federal, state, and local-level emergency responders a comprehensive overview <br />of the key duties and responsibilities of a Unit Leader within a Type III All-Hazards <br />Incident Management Team (AHIMT). <br /> <br />vi. L-971: All Hazards Facilities Unit Leader <br />1. Courses Overview: The objective of this professional development course is to <br />offer federal, state, and local-level emergency responders a comprehensive <br />overview of the key duties and responsibilities of a Facilities Unit Leader within a <br />Type III All-Hazards Incident Management Team (AHIMT). <br /> <br />vii. Number of Deliveries Being Requested: Up to eight (8) for each training course <br /> <br />viii. Number of Students per Delivery: Minimum of 20 students <br /> <br />E. Responsibilities of the City of Santa Ana and the Anaheim/Santa Ana Urban Area: <br /> <br />i. Classroom with space to arrange students in groups <br />ii. Audio/Visual Equipment <br />iii.
