Approve an appropriation adjustment recognizing $897,000 of prior-year fund <br />balance in the Select Street Construction, Prior Year Carryforward revenue <br />account (No. 05917002-50001) and appropriate the same amount into the <br />Select Street Construction, Improvements Other Than Buildings expenditure <br />account (No. 05917660-66220). (Requires five affirmative votes) <br /> <br />2. Approve an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Capital Improvement <br />Program to add funds in the amount of $897,000 to Project No. 25-6425, Croddy <br />Way Street Improvements Project (Project No. 25-6425). <br /> <br />3.
