<br /> TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATION AT SEGERSTROM AVENUE AND ROSEWOOD
<br /> AVENUE
<br /> Bid Item No. 3 - Install 3" PVC Conduit
<br /> This work consists of furnishing installing Polyvinylchloride (PVC) traffic signal and/or
<br /> interconnect communication conduit including pull tape, ground wire, fittings, duct seal, pot
<br /> holing, concrete or asphalt restoration and appurtenances complete and in place, of the size
<br /> indicated on the plans.
<br /> Payment for the installation of 3"PVC Conduit shall be at contract unit price bid per Linear Foot
<br /> listed in the Bid Proposal and shall be considered full compensation for furnishing all labor,
<br /> materials, tools, equipment, removals, paving, landscape repair, sidewalk restoration, pothole,
<br /> and/or trench backfill per City Std. Plan 1150, permanent asphalt replacement, permanent PCC
<br /> replacement,striping and appurtenances for all related items of work necessary for the installation,
<br /> and no additional compensation will be allowed therefore.
<br /> Bid Item No.4- Install 4" PVC Conduit
<br /> This work consists of furnishing installing Polyvinylchloride (PVC) traffic signal and/or

<br /> Bid Item No. 5 - Install SCE Pull Box
<br /> This work consists of installing and/or replacing pull box per SCE design plan, including the
<br /> removal and/or modification of any interfering portions of existing pull boxes, conduit, PCC,
<br /> concrete, and asphalt restoration, as indicated on plans.
<br /> Payment for the Installation of SCE Pull Box, shall be at contract unit price bid per Each Item
<br /> listed in the Bid Proposal and shall be considered full compensation of furnishing all labor,
<br /> materials, tools, equipment, removals, paving, landscape, repair, sidewalk restoration, and
<br /> appurtenances for all related items of work necessary for the installation and no additional
<br /> compensation will be allowed therefore.
<br /> Bid Item No. 6- Install No. 6 Pull Box
<br /> This work consists of installing and/or replacing pull boxes including bolt down Fiberlyte Lid per
<br /> City Std. Plan 1501 with bolts, the removal and/or modification of any interfering portions of
<br /> existing pull boxes, conduit, PCC, concrete, and asphalt restoration, as indicated on plans.
