Conditions, 3. OTHER INSURANCE is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: <br />1. OTHER INSURANCE <br />Any payment due under this policy is specifically excess of and will not contribute with any other valid and <br />collectible insurance or self-insurance available to the insured unless such other insurance is written specifically <br />as excess insurance over this policy. However, when we have agreed to defend and indemnify a person or <br />organization as an additional insured, any payment due under this policy will be primary with respect to and will <br />not contribute with any other valid and collectible insurance available to such person(s) or organization(s). <br />II. Solely with respect to the coverage provided by this Endorsement, the effective date stated in Section 2. of the <br />Declarations is amended to 10/7/2024. <br />III.
