RESOLUTION 66-22 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A <br />QUITCLAIM DEED TO ROY C. BRADLEY and MAUDIE O. <br />BRADLEY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, by Resolution 60-129, adopted July 5, <br />1960, the City accepted a deed frc~ ROY C. BRADLEY and MAUDIE O. <br />BRADLEY which dedicated to the City a 30-foot strip of land on the <br />west side of Greenville Street, north of P~ona Street, as required <br />under the approval of Variance 1293, which called for right of way <br />30.00 feet west of the center line; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an error has been discovered in the legal description <br />of this deed which resulted in dedication of 30 feet west of the east <br />line of the lots instead of the center line of Greenville Street, Or <br />an excess of 25 feet of property being dedicated, and to correct this <br />error the City desires to quitclaim this excess property back to <br />ROY C. BRADLEY and MAUDIE O. BRADLEY. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed <br />quitclaiming to ROY C. BRADLEY and MAUDIE O. BRADLEY the City's <br />interest in that certain real property lying on the west side of <br />Greenville Street, north of POmona Street, in the City of Santa Aha, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />Ail those portions of Lots 47 and 48, in Block "B", Tract 506, <br />as shown on a map thereof recorded in BOO~ 17, pages 26 and 27, <br />Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, lying <br />Westerly of a line which is parallel with and 30.00 feet Westerly <br />measured at right angles from the center line of Greenville <br />Street, formerly Old Newport Road. <br /> <br />and deliver the same to Mr. Roy C.
