We believe our team is uniquely qualified to provide the City with Contract Planning Services. Our understanding of the project is that the City is seeking to contract a planning firm to assist with the planning counter and current planning projects. Our Project Manager Rick Smeaton, AICP, has provided professional planning services for more than 25 years and brings a wealth of experience in all aspects of project management, entitlement, urban planning, zoning, architecture, and community development. He maybe supported by additional members of our team.
