RESOLUTION 66-41 DETERMINING AND DECLARING CERTAIN <br />WEEDS TO BE A PUBLIC NUISANCE; ORDERING THE DIRECTOR <br />OF PUBLIC WORKS TO POST NOTICES TO DESTROY SAID WEEDS <br />AS REQUIRED BY LAW; FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING <br />OBJECTIONS AND PROTESTS; AND DIRECTING THE ABATEMENT <br />THEREOF IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GOVERNMENT CODE OF <br />THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 13, <br />Part 2, Division 3, Title 4 of the Government Code of the State of <br />California, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby determines <br />and declares that weeds which when mature bear wingy or downy seeds, <br />which will attain such a large growth as to become a fire menace when <br />dry, or which are otherwise noxious or dangerous are growing upon <br />certain streets, sidewalks and private property in the City of Santa <br />Ana and are hereby declared to be a public nuisance; and that the <br />properties fronting upon such streets or sidewalks, or in front of <br />which such nuisance exists, are hereinafter particularly described <br />by lot and block numbers according to the official assessment map: <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
