RESOLUTION 66-108 OVERRULING PROTESTS OR <br />OBJECTIONS TO REPORT OF STREET SUPERINTENDENT, <br />APPROVING REPORT AND ORDERING A COPY THEREOF <br />FILED WIT~ THE TAX COLLECTOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of tke City of Santa Ana did, on <br />March 21, 1966, pass Resolution 66-41 determining and declaring that <br />weeds which bear seeds of a wingy or downy nature and which attain <br />such a large growth as to become a fife menace when dry and which are <br />noxious and dangerous were growing upon the streets, sidewalks and <br />private property in the City of Santa Aha, described in the itemized <br />report submitted therewith; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 18, 1966, the City Council adopted <br />Resolution 66-57 ordering the Street Superintendent of the City of <br />Santa Ana to abate such public nuisance; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said Street Superintendent has given notice as <br />required by law, in which notice the first day of August, 1966, at <br />the hour of 7:30 P.M. was fixed as the time, and the Council Chambers <br />of the City Hall of the City of Santa Ana as the place where any and <br />all persons interested in the said report might be heard; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the time set, the Street Superintendent having <br />submitted the said report and all of said protests or Objections to <br />said report having been hear4, <br /> <br /> IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Aha that all Of said protests or objections to the said report <br />of the work done be, and the same are, hereby overruled and the <br />report affirmed and that the Street Superintendent be, and he is, <br />hereby directed to file a copy of said report with the Tax collector <br />of Orange County. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of August, 1966. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF T~ COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE< OF CALIFORNIA) <br />C~UNTY OF ORANGE } <br />CItY oF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
