RESOLUTION NO. 66-~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, MAKING <br />DETERMINATIONS AND CONFIRMING ASSESS- <br />MENT AND DIAGRAM, AS AMENDED, ALTERED~ <br />MODIFIED AND CORRECTED, AND PROCEEDINGS <br />UNDER RESOLUTION OF IN'£~-NTION, RESOLUTION <br />NO. 65-94. <br /> <br />(Assessment District No. 227, <br /> Figueroa-Fifth) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works of the <br />City of Santa Ana, California, has heretofore made and <br />filed with the Clerk of the Council in the office of said <br />Clerk in said city, an assessment and diagram for that <br />certain work or improvement in said city done under and <br />pursuant to the Improvement Act of 1911 (commnencing at <br />Section 5000 of the Streets and Highways Code), and <br />resolution of intention, Resolution No. 65-94; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after the filing of said assessment <br />and diagram the Clerk of the Council has given notice of <br />the filing of said assessment and of the time and place <br />set for hearing by this City Council, and said Clerk of <br />the Council has filed with this City Council an affidavit <br />of publication and certificates of posting and mailing <br />setting forth the time and manner of publication, posting <br />and mailing of said notices; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the time and place stated in such <br />notice, a hearing was duly held by this City Council, at <br />which said assessment and diagram were presented and <br />considered, and all written appeals, protests and <br />objections, if any, were duly presented, read, heard and <br />considered and all persons desiring to be heard thereon <br />were heard, and all persons desiring to be heard were <br />heard in respect to any matter relating to said work or <br />improvement, to any act or determination of the Director <br />of Public Works of said city in relation thereto, to the <br />contract for said work or the performance of said work, <br />the omission or inclusion of any portion of the work in <br />said contract, to the correctness of said assessment or <br />said diagram, or to any other act, determination or <br />proceedings of said Director of Public Works or to any <br />matter relating to said work, the assessment district or <br />the proceedings therefor, and this City Council has <br />received evidence relating to the foregoing; and <br /> <br />tO <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this City Council ordered the assessment <br />and diagram amended, altered, modified and corrected in <br />certain particulars and pursuant thereto the Director of <br />Public Works has returned said assessment and diagram so <br />amended, altered, modified and corrected. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana, California, DOES HEREBY FIND, RESOLVE, <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
