DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows: Section 1. Said hearing has been duly held, and notice thereof has been duly given. Section 2. Except to the extent that the assessment and diagram have been amended, altered, modified and corrected, all protests and objections, written and oral, if any, made or filed with respect to said assessment, diagram and other matters heard by this City Council, be and the same are hereby overruled and denied. Section 3. That each and every step in the proceedings prior to and including said hearing has been duly and regularly taken, and this City Council is satisfied with the correctness of the assessment and diagram, as amended, altered, modified and corrected, the proceedings and all matters relating thereto, and does hereby confirm said proceedings and said assess- ment and diagram as amended, altered, modified and corrected.
