RESOLUTION 66-51 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE CITY
<br />IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION

<br /> WHEREAS, EVELYN ZOE RIGGLE, as Executrix of the Estate of
<br />Maurice Poublon, has executed a deed dated December 17, 1965, conveying
<br />to the City an easement for street purposes on the north side of
<br />Eighth Street, west of Bristol Street, in consideration of the sum of
<br />$1,055.00 and certain remedial work to be done by the City; said
<br />transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 53604-C with Security
<br />Title Insurance Company, Santa Aha, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, PEDRO NAJERA and ANTONIA NAJERA have delivered to the
<br />City a deed dated March 17, 1966, conveying an easement for street
<br />purposes on the north side of Eighth Street, east of Fairview Street,
<br />in consideration of the sum of $945.00 and certain remedial work to
<br />be done bY the City; said transaction is to be handled through
<br />Escrow No. 874025-HRB with First American Title Insurance & Trust
<br />Cempany, Santa Ana, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, POMPOSO R. REYES and MARY C. REYES have executed a
<br />deed dated March 17, 1966, conveying to the City an easement for street
<br />purposes on the north side of Eighth Street, east of Fairview Street,
<br />in consideration of the sum of $900.00 and certain remedial work to be
<br />done by the City; said transaction is to be handled through Escrow
<br />No. 874020-HRB with First American Title Insurance & Trust Company,
<br />Santa Aha, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, MARGARITA SIERRA JIMINEZ has executed a deed dated
<br />March 17, 1966, conveying to the City an easement for street purposes
<br />on the north side of Eighth Street, west of Hawley Street, in
<br />consideration of the sum of $1,290.00 and certain remedial work to be
<br />done by the City; said transaction is to be handled through Escrow
<br />No. 874014-hrb with First American Title Insurance a Trust Company;
<br />and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, TONY PEREZ and DELLA PEREZ have executed a deed dated
<br />March 17, 1966, conveying to the City an easement for street purposes
<br />on the south side of Eighth Street, east of Fairview Street, in
<br />consideration of the sum of $2,530.00 and certain remedial work to
<br />be done by the City; said transaction is to be handled through Escrow
<br />No. 874033-hrb with First American Title Insurance & Trust Company,
<br />Santa Ana, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, ROSARIO SEBREROS and LUPE SEBREROS have executed a
<br />deed dated M~rch 18,1966, conveying to the City an easement for street
<br />purposes on the south side of Eighth Street, east of Fairview Street,
<br />in consideration of the sum of $2,630.00 and certain remedial work to
<br />be done by the City; said transaction is to be handled through Escrow
<br />No. 874031-hrb with First American Title Insurance & Trust Company,
<br />Santa Ana, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, ROGER GONZALEZ and JENNY GONZALEZ have executed a
<br />deed dated March 18, 1966, conveying to the City an easement for street
<br />purposes on the south side of Eighth Street, east of Fairview Street,
<br />in consideration of the sum of $3,010.00 and certain remedial work to
<br />be done by the City; said transaction is to be handled through Escrow
<br />No. 874019-hrb with First American Title Insurance & Trust Company,
<br />Santa Aha, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, GEORGE PERRY FISHER and VICTORIA G. FISHER have
<br />executed a deed dated March 18, 1966, conveying to the City an easement
<br />for street purposes on the south side of Eighth Street, east of
<br />Fairview Street, in consideration of the sum of $1,160.00 and certain
<br />remedial work to be done by the City; said transaction is to be
<br />handled through Escrow No. 874038-hrb with First American Title
<br />Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana, California; and
