<br /> WHEREAS, ROGER P. GONZALEZ, JENNY O. GONZALEZ, JOSUE ORTIZ, JR.,
<br />and EVA G. ORTIZ have executed a deed dated March 19, 1966, conveying
<br />to the City an easement for street purposes on the south side of
<br />Eighth Street, east of Fairview Street, in consideration of the sum
<br />of $2,520.00 and certain remedial work to be done by the City; said
<br />transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 874028-hrb with
<br />First American Title Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana, California;
<br />and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, PETRA DIAZ BOJORQUEZ has executed a deed dated
<br />March 23, 1966, conveying an easement for street purposes on the
<br />north side of Eighth Street, east of Fairview Street, in consideration
<br />of the sum of $1,140.00 and certain remedial work to be done by the
<br />City; said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 874023-HRB
<br />with First American Title Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana,
<br />California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, C. A. SHIVES has executed a deed dated March 23, 1966,
<br />conveying an easement for street purposes on the south side of Eighth
<br />Street, east of Fairview Street, in consideration of the sum of
<br />$2,465.00 and certain remedial work to be done by the City; said
<br />transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 874035-hrb with
<br />First American Title Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana, California;
<br />and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, FERNANDOCAST~J~EDACHAVEZ, DOLORES FRIETZE CHAVEZ,
<br />and SOCORRO F. CHAVEZ have executed a deed dated March 25, 1966,
<br />conveying easements for street purposes on the north side of Eighth
<br />Street, west of Hawley Street, in consideration of the sum of
<br />$1,875.00 and certain remedial work to be done by the City; said
<br />transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 874010-hrb with
<br />First American Title Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana, California;
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
<br />authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa
<br />Ana accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
<br />agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
<br />deeds.

<br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
<br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of April, 1966.
